I just got a new vehicle last year, fastest I've been is 113 mph. Yes, I was scared but the adrenaline was very very exciting. I would have to say this is not recommended and you shouldn't try this just to be cool. I was being dumb but would i do it again? Yes.

I found myself on an empty interstate late at night earlier this year, I had a good victory that day and wanted to have some fun on my own afterward. When I was confident there was nobody around in terms of traffic (no highway cops in this part of the state), I pushed the limits of what my hatchback could do. I got to 105 mph (169 km/h) before the entire car began to vibrate... And that's the point where you stop! I'm not sure how much faster I'd have gone if I had no limits.
