[v1.3.4] CCTV System (Camera/Surveillance system)

Not sure if I set it up wrong or what but I can't find the purpose of the computer thing, it seems to work it's just requires a lot of setup. Unless I'm at the wrong post but I'm pretty sure this is the one I downloaded and tested, though ultimately I found a better mod at least for sandbox purposes.
Rt Camera 2 is easier to set up and stuff but lacks moving camera's:
