Description
This addon adds handcuffs which can be used to cuff players. Cuffed players can be dragged and put into vehicles or moved out of vehicles. The standard key is E in order to put players in vehicles or take them out of a vehicle.

Setup
Extract the folder "realistichandcuffs" to your addons folder
Spawn the Jailer NPC and Bailer NPC and put them where you want them then run "save_rhc_npcs" to save them and then restart and they will be permanent and not float in the air.
Console commands:
add_rhc_jaillocation -> adds your current location as a jail location
save_rhc_jaillocations -> saves placed jail locations
save_rhc_npcs -> saves all NPCs placed out
