While Trump may have had plans that couldve helped the economy, he is not in fact agile or flexible enough with his planning to understand when to pivot/when to decide what is more important. While he may have been good for the economy, that all has been ruined, as well as any good that came from his presidency, because of his stubbornness to the plan.

We can't really put a "Was he good or bad" until it has been about twenty years. After about that time the ripples of the presidency has stopped and you can really get a perspective on what they achieved and if they did more good than bad.
