I like how many different ways you can play the game, no one way to play the game which means you can make the game last as long as you want to

The simplicity and sandboxing mode. And the fact that you only need to pay once to play forever

Sandbox style creative games can be so much fun! I never got into the combat aspect of Minecraft but have mad respect for builders
