I feel bad for the people who live in countries with poor public health infrastructure. I wish I could help more. Where I am we have good infrastructure but we neglect to use it. It's unfortunate for the victims who die from diseases that were preventable.

I don't really have an opinion on it but I guess I should feel bad for them.

Sweden is an example who thought that ignoring the pandemic was a good idea.
The thing is this virus is not more dangerous than normal flue.

Sweden said that more importantly is the mental health of their citizens than some silly measures that do not stop the spread effectively but produce lots of mental stress, economic crisis & loss of jobs.

But Sweden has the 11th worst death toll in the world.

Whereas the "normal flu" kills about 40000 in the US every year, this has killed now about a quarter million, and that's WITH some lockdowns and other measures preventing the virus to fully permeate society like the common flu does. There's no telling how many would die if we just let this thing run unchecked year after year.

I think people are very deluded and it concerns me greatly how complacent people are.
