what farms should i have in my world

what farms do you think i should have in my world preferably afk farms or automatic farms

pumpkin/melon because they're afk and easy to make.
You can make an auto xp farm with a bamboo farm and a cactus farm running into a furnace.

Skeleton farms are definetely effective, just find yourself a spawner and google one of the thousands of minecraft tutorials explaining how to create an effective farmer.

is there any specific height where you find spawners or is it just random

Pretty much random, I'd suggest going through caves, and when you find a massive amount of the same mob, you know there is a mob spawner somewhere in the cave! Also look for pre-placed cobblestone as a sign

The best farms are pigs, hens, cows and horses.

When I had a farm in a minecraft, I only raised pigs.

Build melon/cactus, and try building a cow farm! Or build a pig farm!

Automatic bread farm it easy to get wheat seeds and to grow all you need is a hoe, shovel, and a bucket and you good to go

All of them if you can , most usefull are the watermellon one.
