what is mission in grand theft auto san andreas game that you think is hardest?

I think the mission is learning to fly, because flying a plane is difficult and there is a time limit

i forgot about the name of that mission, but i remember it was about playing with a drone or something like that and exploid a building (not sure if that was a mission of vice city or Gta san adreas)

The one in vice city where you had to fly with an RC helicopter and plant bombs UGHHHHHH took me ages to finish
