what is the best darkrp map? [City]

I'm with some friends creating a server and we do not know which map is the best

Go for a rockford variant depending on the type of roleplay you want.

Rockford for cars.
Some sort of downtown evilmelon edit for standard rp. Don't go with downtown_v4c because it's old and bad.

After 1k hour on that life-taking gamemode I have to say:
worst map rp_downtown (that overused one)
- It is so overused honestly I would rather RP on gm_construct than on this
- small map
+ It brings alot players

rp_evocity
+ High quality map
+ big map
- probably not good for small servers (due to its bigness)

rp_rockford
its good map

rp_c24_v1
HOLY SHIT THIS IS AMAZING
-not suitable for darkrp
but it is my favourite map for hl2rp and it is also the greatest one and I will love it forever
- requires alot of content (HL2, HL2:EP1, HL2:EP2, CSS)


So which one you should use?

When you are starting server use the over used map since 90% of darkrp players have it

After you server gets big lets say 50 concurrent players
Make a poll and let people vote

Change the map but setup fastdl! This is very important




or

just make your own map like SUP have

- Dynamic shadows point to the floor!
- Light color matches the skybox
- Some artificial lights have been modified to a human friendly kelvin
- Light glow sprites don't appear through floors
- Sun has an overlay glow
- Self-shadowing on props, texture shadows, static prop polys

Bangclaw is the popular and economy map in gmod for darkrp.

in my opinion the best map for darkrp are RP_evocity and RP_rockford

I'm going to use the "Rockford" map, thank you all!
