Hey, there is no ''best pc gaming'', its depends on how much you can/want spend on a gaming PC.
if you want a good pc that will run games you can get 1 for like 3-5k$ if you want the best it will cost like 15-30K$

There is deffently no "best gaming pc".
But if you like really wanna get the best consumer specs, I would go with the following parts:
Intel Core i7-12700K
GeForce RTX 3090 ti (if you can get your hands on one)
32 GB Corsair Ram.

This all will cost you maybe around 3500 Dollars?

I am not sure. So my pc is bad. It's hard for me to say a good computer as I have an understaffed computer. I think 3090 best screen card.
