One with 4-4.5 inch screen, currently there are no available phones in this size, only 5 inches + which is way too big.

One that wouldn't have a horrible delay and had at least a decent camera

S22 Ultra, it's just perfect.

currently have a note 9 got it when it was new and honestly haven't even thought about what id get if I wanted a new phone there's way too much out right now.
