what joker is better

Heath Ledger in the Christopher Nolan directed films. I thought the newest Joker by Joaquin was boring, I'd rather watch ass hair grow.

Heath Ledger is hands down the best and there is no argument here about that. I do enjoy the new one ( I can't spell his name for the life of me) but he brings something new to the table, that with time, MIGHT turn into something better than the Heath Ledger Joker

Heath Ledger definitely killed it - given the amount of dedication he gave to the role, I'm not super surprised. I remember reading some interviews where the cast said he was constantly in character and he had actually locked himself in a room for a week to get into character.

The newer joker (not the god awful Jared Leto version) from the Joker movie was pretty good and definitely portrayed more of the mental illness side of the Joker.

You also have to tip your hat to Jack Nicholson for his adaptation in the original Batman series as well.

Heath Ledger will always be the best Joker out there.

IMO they're just different. I don't think anyone will ever match Heath Ledger's Joker, if only because it was such an intimate role for him that I think we got something truly unique. Phoenix's Joker was outstanding, but definitely formed in a different light than what Ledger was going for IMO.

Heath Ledger's Joker was great, and Joaquin Phoenix's Joker made me genuinely uncomfortable.

Heath Ledger without a doubt. Had such a good insane vibe.
