Gotta be Halo. I still remember staying up all night with my friend to beat that last level in Halo: CE and the amazing feeling when you make it through the final run with seconds to spare. I'm still terrible at FPS to this day but the Halo series is always special.

Kingdom Hearts. Such great memories playing that game. The soundtrack just makes the gameplay much more memorable.
