Try to build your city/village or where you live in the minecraft :D. Or just some real place in the word i think it will be great

if u wanna do singleplayer then try starting a survival world and making a big project like a castle or village, it takes time and is pretty fun

if u wanna do multiplayer try playing with some friends or join a minigame server like hypixel

tortute some villagers or some shit

Make a underground elytra race track. Its loads of fun to build and it will improve your flying skills if you make it hard enough.

find a small server, I always like finding communities that are small and nice.
