The addon is a good addon, for all intents and purposes; however, it lacks the features that a free workshop addon, that I will not name, includes (different sirens, ability to add custom vehicles, and more), and it is way too expensive to compete with that free workshop addon. I find myself in a position where I'm torn between abandoning VCmod and using the workshop addon instead, but the workshop addon lacks seats. If you're willing to spend the money and this addon supports all the cars you want it to support, without customization options for sirens/lights, then it's for you. If the options to change the sirens and to add un-supported vehicles come into play, then I will rate this a 5/5. For now, it's a low rating b/c it doesn't compare to the features offered in the [unnamed] free workshop addon.
