which anti virus programme is good and free

so i have recently just finished my avg trial i wanna kno which virus programme is good and free

I'm currently running default windows defender and malwarebytes. I find that is all i need.

I'm currently disabled default windows defender and I use none, If you know what you are doing you don't need an antivirus program. U can scan your downloaded files on virustotal, and just don't click every link you see on the web.

Windows Defender is pretty good. Ive been using it for years and it seems to find things when i sometimes download sketchy stuff.
