Da Vinci Resolve, you can edit, VFX, animate, color change, LUT and much other things, much cinama studios use and IT'S FREE

Gimp and Photoshop (depending on what you can afford)

Depends on what type of graphic you use. For animating illustrations with complicated effects I prefer Adobe After Effects

Gotta say, if you want to go cheap and fast, Canva is the way. Do the free trial, cancel, new email, over and over. It is easy, but not heaps in depth. Otherwise, photoshop or GIMP.

Depends of your workflow! But adobe suite so After Effect+Premiere+Animation would be the best I guess

For me, after effects is the best software. You can use it for motion graphics, video, cartoons... I love it and it is not that difficult.

Adobe After Effects seems the best imo and on youtube or even on here im pretty sure there are tutorials to get it for free :D
