will Phones will be irrelevent?

after seeing the apple vision pro and meta quest is hard to not see a future with this tech replacing our phones. what are your thoughts on this!?

I think thats a far way to go. But at one point of course wearables will be getting more and more in focus

No? until everybody has nuralink or an alternative, meta or Vision Pro doesn't seem like a viable replacement for phones at least for me

It will take a while, but maybe? If the generation now can handle the transition, just like how less and less homes are getting landlines

Perhaps, in developed countries, after some sort of revolutionary invention. I feel that phones will still be here for a long time!

never ever,,,, we are so much addicted that we can go mad but wont leave the phone

its unlikely that phones will become completely irrelevant in the near future, but their form and function may evolve significantly.

as technology progresses, we might see a shift towards wearable devices, augmented reality glasses, or even implants that serve similar purposes as current smartphones.

however, the concept of a portable device for communication, information access, and other functionalities is likely to persist in some form, even if the specific device changes.

I wish that phones were less relevant than they are, nowadays it feels like a necessity but I actually quite resent having to rely on a mobile phone..

They will in the future. We already seeing it in ray ban glasses with cameras some have Bluetooth and Apple Watches
