windows 10, windows 11 upgrade

I upgraded to Windows 10 version, Windows 11. However, when the system boots up, explorer.exe starts over again and the taskbar keeps refreshing. the system does not boot. What exactly could be the reason for this?

That's a good option to upgrade to windows 11
For me is much better
