Do you use VPN or not?

Vpn its cool you can hide your ip (Its Cool for ukraine)

I don't use a VPN as typically I got slower ping times and overall slower download speeds I find no use for a VPN as my government is very light on the restrictions.

not always only when I am doing stuff that could be consider risky like out on hotel / public wifi
