The only ones that I could recommend are protonvpn, or mullvad by the way, but they are pretty expensive.

I can't say which ones but i think you shouldn't use any, except if you really need it

If you haven't already, give Wireguard a try, it's miles ahead of OpenVPN in terms of performance and ease-of-use. The codebase is also a lot smaller and can be audited much more efficiently.
