How much time do you spend on your phone?

But at work there's little else I can do, or else my brain will melt for being idle for hours on end.

I spend about 3 hours a day on my phone on average, otherwise it depends on the mood too

around 3 hours, i used to be 6 plus hours but I managed to reduce the time I spent

too long lmao my screentime is 10 hours , its pretty bad conisdering i don't sleep much

literally not at all, i have a phone but i use my laptop primarily. shit ion even know where it is rn 😭😭

but I am happy with that because it is some usefull stuff, not just social media

im purely going to try and lessen my screen time (with my phone at least lol)

7-8 hours, entrepreneur grind is real. highly recommend anyone reading this to put their screen time on their 1st page and limit time sucking apps. i need to take my own advice tho
