How much time do you spend on your phone?

I'm a remote worker that's why I spend much time on my phone and laptop. It's about from 5 up to 12 hours per day

Couple of hours.. maybe like 3-4.. browsing meme websites and such out of boredom

On a weekend definitely a lot more but I am on the computer most of the time because I do homework, watch videos and play video games. I usually only use my phone for shows and social media.

7hr /day I k its too much but whaat do you think

Wayyy to much It needs to stop

Maybe about 3 hours in a day.

probab;ly alot like 10 hours i iguess

prolly 3 or so if im out and about, but definitely more if im not doing anything and just staying in the house

A couple hours a day I suppose. Mostly morning then at night
