How much time do you spend on your phone?

i spent at least 7h according to my phone

to much time, although it is going down

During workdays, not much unless for work reasons.
On my time on the other hand...

my screen time on my phone is up to 10 hours a day

10-12 hours a day according to my phone.

not much, i use my PC much more than my phone

three hours per day! at most days

I spend a good amount of my time in airports traveling for work so im on my phone a lot

I should say around 3 / 4ish. Mostly in the morning and at the end of the day. So should this be called addicted, mm?

I have read some people here use it way more, so I wouldn't call myself lucky haha.

I would be able to spend like 10 hours on my phone because i'm getting bored everyday ;(
