C++ and C# is also a good programming language, its kinda similar but its good.
PHP and Laravel is good as well for web dev.

I think I would recommend javascript as it is one of the most fast-pacing languages. With typescript, it is much easier to develop large applications.

Python is an excellent language, we can build websites with, desktop applications... I think it is almost perfect everywhere, if not in object programming.

I think Lua or Python are very good languages for beginners

the coding language used depends on the device where it will running , so there's not really a best code language

There is no such thing as the "Best" language, there are so many, and so many that are good at what they were built for. You can't say one language is the best because its only meant to do one thing. I cant say HTML is the best because you can't make a desktop app with it (not counting electron), I can't say C# is the best because you can't build a website with it
