Very good, but if you use bigger font size for "Admin" title I think would be better

The concept is good but the black is outweighing the red in my opinion.
I feel like the glowing red lines should have a bit more emphasis on them and that the black should be made slightly lighter.

It's really nice. I think the text size is too small. Maybe increase it a little. Also the red color you have chosen on black is dull. Maybe try some other shade of red?
