After Effects or Sony Vegas Pro?

#1 Next month I'm going to buy a pc because editing on mobile has been very limited for me. I plan to use both software but I want a main software that will be used in most of my work, which one would be better?

RE: After Effects or Sony Vegas Pro? 13-11-2021, 09:06 PM #3 After Effects would be a RAM heavy hungry software. AE is most used for animation. Adobe Premiere is recommended for video editing.
