Am I Retard For Investing in Ethereum Right Now?

I hate all this virtual currency. . Because at end still banks are involed such as to cashout and deposite you need to use your bank .
It will be very powerfull if no banking is involed.

When you're investing you shouldn't put in money you can't afford to lose. Pretty much like gambling. With that said I would keep the ETH. You never know when it might go up.

You didn't make the wrong decision actually. Just wait for etheruem to go back up the economy will more than likely recover after the corona virus drama.

Its not a good time to invest on this .

You should think about investing on things that are consolidate because of the crisis, then u will have low risk and high profit on a short period of time.
