Reading seems to be really hard.

Yeah, it was server problem that my host had. I had no idea it was nothing to do with me.

Editing global.css gives me a 403 Forbidden error after trying to save changes.

Question: how can I add a table containing top 5 users with most reputation in a custom page of my board, without using a plugin?

Yeah, but I was seeking for help since I cannot do it :(
Google hasn't been useful since it returned a ton of plugins to do it, but almost all come with extra functions that aren't needed at all.

Just asking if you may help with a proper code, but if negative it's alright anyway.

What host are you using?

If it is x10 then it is registering you as being "dangerous" it's a stupid security measure it has. Contact them via their community

if it is another host then just contact them. It's not a mybb issue, it's a server issue.
