Are Forums Dying?

Forums, to me, are totally different from social media. But generally they're a bit of a niche. I love them personally. I like having my own. You can do anything you want with them :D

If you go by numbers alone then no. More people now are using forums than ever before. It is just spread out now.

Forums are local stuff. It wont die,until the community of forum dies.

Agree. They simply cant die because if you have an active community you will still be able to use a forum. But for my personal use, I love Twitter more than anything else and finding or using a forum is really seldom for me. Just using 1 or 2 right now and one of them is here ^^ The other one is League of Legends

Idk pretty much because we dont need them anymore they are just there for people who are borded

It depends on what Kind of Forums you are Talking About.

Social Media Platforms gain in popularity, but yet, if you want to ask a Question About Computers, you ask on a Forum or other Website specializing in Computers, and don't ask in Instagram. Of Course, on every Platform you can get help, but so far, Forums are the best for specific Topics.

Forums are somewhat dying and it's due to the evolution of technology and more importantly social media.
In order for a forum to strive whilst giving people that privacy of speaking to random people they need to evolve.

It only seems like that cause of all the spam sometimes. Forums are not dying, people just spam because they do that "at least 15 posts" bullshit. Just stupid.
