Are video games a waste of time?

honestly i dont think they are a waste of time because sometimes they can help you in real life situations

I play a lot of video games but I know whn its tme to stop and I force myself to get off

They do a good job at making time go faster, but not wasting time, it depends on if you *like* that game, for example, I could play some shitty game right now and say it wastes time, but if I were to play a good game, I'd say it doesn't waste time.

Well at one point sure, but they can be calming and use to releive some stress.

I don't think that is time waste. I don't play every day, but I play 4, 5 times a week.

it all depends on you. sometimes video games provide many benefits and money. but actually only spend your money and time
