Are video games a waste of time?

Because when you are playing PC games you are getting relaxed and you know its not a waste of time

it is art as music paint and interaction 3 in 1 so no tgey are art the best one

I am quickly stressed about everything and nothing (especially for studies) a year ago I even had a panic attack that lasted 1 month! I hadn't played for a while because of lack of time and... what a joy to find them again! I stress much less and above all I have fun

If you are having fun and getting relaxed while playing games, it's not a waste of time as humans are not robots that can work/be productive 24/7.

I play daily 1-2 hours with my favorite fps games. This games i skilled and perfect for me.

They only are a waste of time if it interrupt your quotidian tasks like school or job.

Video games can be used to help with things like this. I don't know about you but as i'm a game developer i can't just sit down and code with no inspiration. and during the development i'll get bored. it can help during those times

sometimes it will be a distraction, but isnt anything bad if not in moderate use? I been putting gaming off lately..

You said it yourself. Cut them out completely. You're only gonna see benefits from that.
