train a lot aim to start but after a certain rank like sherif it is not usfull anymore just need to play with you team mate and counetr the ennemie strats , vision of the game become more important and skill less because every player are good

You need to improve on the map section. And you have to pay attention to the sounds. Sound and map scholar is very important.

Honestly create a paste or buy a cheat you csgo's anti cheat sucks

Practice a lot practice aim and recoil and you are good to gl

Learn spray patterns and money managment, thats the main things, videos like these help though!

You need to practive very frequently and get good for all days

To bee good at csgo you must practice, more practice means more good at doing something

Do a lot of practice, use the ready maps from the workshop, make yourself your own crosshair, viewmodel, practice aim and do not be afraid to play all maps.
