Damm. You are evrywhere, And yes, sometimes, deathmatch and casual is not like competitive. Also, he can try some aim maps (workshop). That maybe help him more.

Play with a team (5 teammates) and not with random people. Last week we play with 4 mates and 1 random and he has shoots on us..
