Best coding language?

there is good and bads in every language,

for example, you cant do a good work with threads coding in PHP, in the other way it's a massive language.
I recommend you C.

C++ is thump-up my first choice programming language. Then PHP and Java Script

Python is fantastic as a starting point for many people and is one of the most well-rounded languages out there. But if you're willing to grind, C++ is arguably the most powerful language. Props go out to Java and Lua for being some of my personal favorites.

javascript & php! But depends on your purpose. Backend or frontend? Python is a strong all around language as well.

it depends on what you are trying to do, C# can be used for lots of things, while java can be intended more to games or simple programs

There's no "best" but C++ is my favorite then C# then Python

I think JS. A lot of work, good earnings, many possibilities.

Java probably the best language to start out with.. your AP programming course is doing you well
