Best free video editing software

Depends on your OS. For macOS I use Final Cut Pro X. For iOS I use Luma Fusion. Both works very well for me.

i personally use pre activated (cracked) version of premiere cc2019 and ae cc2019

Use Sony Vegas. This is a very simple and good program. I myself have been use it for more than 8 years. Even my mother figured out this program over the evening.
It's really so simple

Considering the sort of site you are on, I would recommend just getting Sony Vegas or Premiere Pro.
