Best way to climb up elo without tilting?

I am struggling with team games , makes me mad that people don't try their hardest while i'm trying hard to climb.
I'm Plat 3 at the moment , what do u guys do to stay calm?

dude you can not tilt and climb up the elo xD its like being deaf and listening to music

Mute All and listen to some music, works like a charm.

Mute everyone and after a bad game take a break for like 30 - 60 min.
Watch some funny moment, compilations or anything funny and u r good to go again :b

main 1 or 2 champs, try to play champs you enjoy and try to focus on urself instead of on ur teammates that way you can carry more games
first off start by /mute all if u get tilted from ur team easily
then try to not make stupid and risky plays

You need a good duoQ partner who takes the game as serios as you

are you playing mu online servers, please give me mu online server

Never keep playing if you are tilted, you will just throw your games. Make a break if you lost a game and mute all players who are trying to tilt you. Some Music will work too

If you are good enough you can carry try and /mute all em prevents you from tilting...
In solo Q the hard thing is the mates you get if they are trash your only opinion is to try and carry thats what makes the game...
