I think he's more than got the answer to his question, but I'll chime in too, there is almost no way to climb while being tilted. But Yi is freelo. Karthus jungle is ridiculous. Twitch jungle is crazy if you just cheese and gank lanes 24/7

Put on music and block everyone that annoys you. Keep focusing on the game and just... don't get mad

Main 1 Lane play around 10-15 champions and farm all the way to diamond+ easy peazy

First step : Mute All , im pretty sure at your elo mates never use the chat for communicate, only flaming, so just mute the chat, and ping if players are spaming, you will be more focus
Second step : stay clam and relax, a game is just a game, you will loose and win again and again, you have winstreak and loosestreak , its the same for all the players
Third step : be lucid and yourself and improving ! watch a lot of replay, stats, comptitions, esport

Mute everyone and after a bad game take a break for like 30 - 60 min.
