Best way to get Staff

if you get players on your server, a lot of them will want to apply

Just make and application to people who are interested to be staff, ask questions like time played on the server, commitment, what are the rules of the server and explain them, things like that, then you or other staff can decide if they want them or not.

To me, the best way to get staff is to play on the server and choose the one's who display the biggest potential. Then test them by having like a staff test and different situations in which they may find themselves in. The other BIGGEST thing is to find active players who are invested into making the server a better place, if not then they are not going to be a good staff member. Yes they maybe for the time, but you need active and good staff to make your community stand out.

Ask a few freinds and offer them staff and make an application forum with requirements.

Go get some friends to handle it, then select people from the playerbase/forums.

As long as your a active member of the community staff ranks will open up to you generally.

make em have to do apps, even if you know em well. then once you have a team, let em support or -support the apps to give you a good idea of if you can trust em.

you can just handpick your friends and let other people whose application app seems nice to you and then kick them if they dont act mature.
