Decent choices. Although I'm personally not too fond of Stephen King, I can agree that he was incredibly influential and a number of his titles are decent.

Currently reading "Green Grass, Running Water" for class and "War and Peace" on my own time just so I can say I read it. Will likely read more of Tolstoy's works so I can say I'm a fanboy without being too pretentious after reading a single one of his novels. He wrote a fuckton of short stories, so might go for that.

I definitely agree he is and continues to be an influentialauthor. I don't think he's the best author but that was just if I had to pick. I only say this because he wrote one of my favorite series.

That's a name I haven't heard in a while.
Definitely one of the greats.
Funny how all the Russians are so great at writing haha. From Chekhov to Tolstoy to Dostoyevsky.
I need to get onto reading Crime and Punishment tbh, been putting it off for a while.

The last book i read is the stranger from Albert Camus, a great book !

I just finished, for third time, The Shogun, the masterpiece of James Clavell.
Its the only book that has such a great impact on westerners' knowledge of, and interest in, Japanese history and culture.
I recommand to all...

The last book I read was Born a crime by Trevor Noah. The book was enjoyable to read and I even listened to the audible as well. Its funny, which made me love the author more and more. If I was to choose the author of Enders Game and this one would be my favorite.

Very good choice. I do like The Plague better, though. Ah, it's still part of his most famous trilogy, Etranger, Plague and The Rebel. The way he incorporates his own philosophies into his absurdist fantasies is actually amazing.

I have yet to read this one! I'm planning on reading all kinds of Asian literature or literature about Asia once my usual classes end in late April. If you've read it three times now I imagine it's fucking fantastic haha! Got high hopes now!

Haven't heard of Born A Crime actually, but Ender's game yeah. Got really popular once they announced the movie adaptation so I picked it up. I wasn't too impressed, but I can appreciate it for what it is and the influence it had.

I finished Origin the other week, such a good book. Dan Brown's brain much be an interesting world to live in, so intelligent!

Also read Artemis not long ago, a very enjoyable read, maybe even better than The Martian. Totally different though so hard to compare the two.

I'm currently reading Awaken Online. It's been a disappointing read. It was recommended if you like Ready Player One, to be along the same lines. It's no where near on par. That is one of my favourite books and hoping the film doesn't ruin it! The Book Thief is one of my all time favs.

Last book I read was The Fault in Our Stars which is sad but a good read I would recommend

Finished Origin by Dan Brown lately as well ! Was a pretty decent book.
