I don't let people do whatever they want just to help the site grow. If they break the rules, they're out, simple as that.

You are simply setting down the line, its a real shame that he was a valued member(was, I mean clearly isn't now for said actions), but you are not treating him any different to how you would treat someone else if they broke the rules. That's respectable.

Uhm, don't know the ins and outs, hope CIA just realizes there is reason there are rules. :(

Aoki asked him to appeal after removing all those stuffs he copied. but doesnt want to get unbanned. i talked with him too but meh...

We all know he's banned, so there's no need to discuss this any further.
