So we're strictly talking about off topic posts on threads in the lounge, gaming section etc?

Yeah, off-topic posting, low quality posting and leeching, basically anything that isn't contributing to the topic of discussion. And some other points were how we need to change as a community and the news team should remove gaming and world news.

I agree, the news is 100% pointless, when it was first starved - the community was a lot more active but now everything gets said in the skype chat before the news is even released, with the community being smaller than ever -Not including the new members due to the activity ratio part from them to the older members of the Forum...

The whole "LQ Post" is something that will always happen while NBB still offers out the resources thing with something such as "24 hours and 50 posts" or whatever the post requirement is, the only way for the whole LQ Shitposting is to stop, instead of it just getting reported - probably warned, you just start to insta-ban the LQ Posters.
Another way to prevent LQ Posters - by preventing leechers - is by bringing out a new security verification method such as... Phones or manual activation, of course to the Prime and above members would automatically be classed as not a leecher - obvious reasons? - So it would disclude them from the Verification methods - You could also accept skype verification, NBB has a Staff Account that new members must add and then request to be fully activated by;
1. Sending there registered E-Mail Address to the NBB Skype
2. There Username
3. There D/O/B - We don't want kids running around here and 10/10 they won't remember there D/O/B they used due to lies
4. -IF REFERRED- The referral and a confirmation from the other person ...

Just a few other things which should be noted in the main post, hopefully Gummy will be kind enough to possibly add these on or something...?
