need someone to create me a loading page for my hosting company, if you don't know what a loading page is when you load up nulledbb and it says verifying etc or a site hosted by blazingfast and the DDoS protection page comes up.

looking for quotes and portflios.

You'd have to use cookies in PHP to only display the loader once every 30 mins.

Or you can use cookies and php to display every visit after x amount of inactive hours/minutes
