Darkrp is Dead?

ZARP and being able to PAY for lootboxes is a big yikes.

darkrp is far from dead its the only active gamemode in gmod all other servers/gamemodes are dying out fast

Time is changing, the audience too. Perhaps the audience is aging, new people come who spoil everything but do not let the game die.

If you count what happened with the french takeover then with the mass amount of servers, then it would make any gamemode dead.

It could be revived but at the moment yes it's pretty dead.

Not dead, but dying. Because server admins are focusing too agressively to rule breakers. There is too much rules, you cant have fun when playing.

I don't think so. I see again a lot of people playing DarkRP

I think in a short time all the same projects should return, on the same Nx (ru) server there are no administrators but the server is excellent

I don't think DarkRP is dying, it just doesn't hold the same nostalgic feeling that it used to have with those that have been in the GMod community for a while. I struggle to find friends that want to bother playing DarkRP anymore because we have yet to find a server with the same feeling that all of the old ones used to give us. It's not dying, it's more or less just changing.
