Death Penalty

To be honest, I think you made a good point here. Peoples should earn what they did (if they committed a crime). Sadly in france, that's not how its work. Death penalty got removed. But we should get it to be back, as most of the peoples abuse the law system there.

No, I think the penalty should be something that lasts long and includes suffering. Maybe not even one at all, God should decide as we shouldn't decide the future of another humans life. Death penalty instantly is something that is an easy way out for those who commit large crimes.

There aren't enough death penalties to make that claim. There were only 25 this year alone.

You can't say no one decides if a person dies if murderers can decide if a person dies. Just how they made their decision, justice must make its decision.

No, because the already suffer enough in prison tbh. Think of Guantanamo Bay, and how we treated 9/11 suspected terrorists there.
