I don't think so. However people prone to violence may be inspired by violence in videogames. But it's mostly due to their already-present issues.

I think they just stiumulate it a bit. And that our brain gets used to the blood & gore.

Also best violent game is either Mortal Kombat or GTA V with a gore mod.

They do completly opposite-helps to relax to wider range of people

A recent article showed yet again a thesis like this. However more and more people are starting to realize these articles are kind of biased, so it's good.
