Do you eat breakfast daily?

Depends on my schedule, I work different times every week. Got a morning shift? Yep breakfast! If I got a late shift then nope, I wake up late and just skip to lunch.

Personally, I never skip it under normal circumstances.

Eat whatever,as long as there is even some slight carb in it and you are good to go.

Seriously the breakfast it's important in the diet , if you drink a lot and eat something in the morning you'll activate your stomach , so it's ready for the launch and work better!
