Yes i do every Morning i eat my toast with nutella

Bruh I don't eat breakfast or lunch, I've trained my body to be able to survive off 1 meal a day, saves so much money.

I sometimes skip breakfeast if i've slept over, but typically i dont even get it, since im not hungry at that time.

Typically no. I have coffee, and the rare bowl of cereal if I have time since its the fastest

Well it has been proven that the breakfast isnt the most important meal of the day, the lunch is. It will provide a lot of energy for your afternoon all the way up to night while breakfast only is providing you energy till around midday to 2pm. Eat what you can and want at breakfast. Obviously avoid "junk food" at breakfast. You should drink one of these: milk, tea or juice. And eat 1 bread with cheese/ham/butter or with cheese and ham, but never more than 3 slices in total. Also dont exagerate on the butter. If you don't like bread or can't eat it due to some alergy like gluten alergy go for simple crackers preferably without salt.

Nah, I haven't in years - can't eat once I've just woken up, I balance it out over lunch and dinner with a snack thought to meet macros though.

This. Exactly, I've never been hungry waking up, just a few hours after. I've never had breakfast since I was very young, hasn't done me any harm.

I usually just drink some coffee and my morning is set.

Not really, its always about my mood but in 1 months im eating breakfast about 3/5 times
