Do you think self driving cars will be safer on the roads?

Very curious to see peoples opinions on this new phenomenon of technology. I meanit's coming sooner or later.

If every car on the road is self driving it will be very safe. If self driving cars and humans are mixed it's not safe because we're unpredictable idiots. With only self driving cars, they can all communicate with each other and we can have roads that are catered for autonomous vehicles.

Yes machines don't make errors, while humans do (such asspeeding, etc.)

Technology will make the future safer, if we all use this type of car, accident will be an error from a system not an human reaction.

Yes, definitely cars gonna be safer on roads, more they will replace drivers as they are now. That will cause less deaths on roads and make humans safer.

Well im 80% sure it will but machines can sometimes make errors and stuff like tesla's autopilot isnt that accurate.

In the future yes but there will still be a few errors, nothing like we see from human drivers tho

Absolutely, the major problems with driving right now are drunkenness and tiredness. Neither of which can a machine be.

Personally, I think A.I will be able to develop far enough to lead to complete safe driving on the roads as the vehicles can communicate which eachother and prevent any type of accident from happening no matter what.
