i don't think so, because i play games even when i was little, like 10 years old, and till these days i don't need glasses or anything.

I think they are good. The society should look more in a cultural and artistic way on it.

On the other hand, you could distract you from yourself with it and get real problems. But that could you also do with food, social media, sex, alcohol, drugs, antidepressants...
So I would say, video games are maybe still the most harmless variant. => Not bad!
